Research & Development Excellence: RDE

KSEF SealThe Research and Development Excellence Program (RDE) targets achieving excellence in science and engineering in Kentucky, through innovation and technology development in existing and emerging areas of research, by making proactive investments through a peer-reviewed competitive selection process.

This program is managed by the Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation (KSEF) at the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation (KSTC), in partnership with the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE). Applicants must be up to date (i.e. not past due or in default) with all reporting requirements and deliverables for all KSTC-managed programs.

Be sure to read both the Program Guidelines (i.e. the full scope of the program) and the Request for Proposals (i.e. the parameters and constraints for the current round).
